Counselling for couples.
Relationships can bring connection and meaning, but also conflict, distance, or repeating patterns that feel hard to shift alone. Couples therapy offers structured support to help you navigate challenges and strengthen your bond.
I provide therapy tailored to your shared experiences and goals. Together, we create a balanced and respectful space where both partners can speak openly, deepen understanding, and work toward meaningful change.
Whether you are facing recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, anxiety within the relationship, breaches of trust, identity-related concerns, or simply wanting to grow together, we will work collaboratively to better understand the patterns between you and find meaningful ways forward. Sessions are tailored to your shared needs and draw on evidence-based approaches.
I am committed to helping couples reconnect emotionally, communicate more openly, and feel more secure with one another. You do not have to navigate this alone, and your relationship does not have to be in crisis to begin.
My approach to couples therapy draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally responsive lens, always adapting the work to meet your specific needs and preferences.
I work with all kinds of couples and I specialize in offering culturally sensitive counselling to support couples from different cultures better understand differences in values, expectations, and how each partner approaches life.
