Counselling for individuals.

Life can bring challenges that are difficult to navigate alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, individual therapy can provide the support you need to move forward.

I offer one-on-one therapy tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we create a safe and collaborative space where you can explore what’s important to you, deepen self-awareness, and build meaningful change at your own pace.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, identity-related concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, we will work together to better understand what you're going through and find meaningful ways forward. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their emotions, express themselves more fully, and feel more comfortable in their relationships and in their own skin. You do not have to do this alone and you do not have to be perfect to begin.

An Integrative Approach.

My approach to individual therapy draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally responsive lens, always adapting the work to meet your specific needs and preferences.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve worked with a counsellor before, we’ll take the time to clarify what you’re hoping for and how we can best work together.

Areas I support you with:

  • Stress, anxiety, and burnout

  • Depression and low mood

  • Relationship concerns and family conflict

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma and past experiences that still affect you

  • Cultural identity and cross-cultural experiences

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

I know it can be confusing to wonder if your emotions are too much or if your needs really matter. Whether you are facing anxiety, difficult relationship patterns, self-doubt, or the challenges of living between cultures, I am here to walk with you at your own pace with warmth, care, and respect.
